A note on privacy questions
Because everything personal you enter — your birthday, optional name, optional birth time and place, the people you've saved for compatibility, your card draws and streak, and any notes — lives only in your own browser and never reaches us, there's usually no account or record for us to look up on your behalf. There are no accounts on Veilmoon today, so there's nothing on our side tied to you.
One honest caveat: like any website, our server keeps basic technical logs — things like your IP address, browser, and which pages were requested — for security and reliability. Those aren't tied to your readings, but if a privacy request touches them, mention it and we'll do our best to help.
If you'd like to clear everything, you can do it yourself in an instant with the “clear my data” control on the site (or by clearing your browser storage). And if you have a question about how any of this works, ask away — we're glad to explain it plainly.
What to expect
We're a small operation, so replies may take a little while, but we do read every message and try to write back thoughtfully.
